Wash-out is the only way to describe the run today. Every time I looked outside it was pouring rain or a thunderstorm was going by. Instead of a long run, went to the National Gallery to see the "Pop Life" exhibition (http://www.gallery.ca/english/584.htm#exhib2848).

By the end of the day I had done 5 loads of laundry and a 25 minute treadmill run.
