I've been sluggish, tired, not sleeping well ... such is tapering ...
Up before 4:30 this morning and made a big soya latte with tons of honey ... this was fuel for my workout ... and what a workout it was ... 30 solid minutes on the treadmill ... last 10 were up ... up ... up ... ended at 11.2 KMH ... very happy
