Day 2 - October 2

Another day, another run ... so its only two in a row ... that is better than I've been doing the past few weeks.

Up late did not help, but 45 minutes on the treadmill passed quickly with the help of the season opener of "Heroes."

Off to the gym tonight for some weight training.

yes...u are getting wayyyy to fat!!!! And for a fat guy, u sure can run fast.
I once saw you do the 100m sprint to the cupcake aisle, in 0.3 sec!!!! That's a world record
