I finished a nice little 2 hour brick this morning; nothing major just an hour on the bike and the treadmill. That combined with some yoga after work will be enough for one day. I've been managing to do yoga of one kind or another most days for the past few weeks. For the most part; I think it is helping me stay focused and reasonably calm.
Now if I could just keep those cookies and cupcakes at bay ... the weight would fall off and I would be VERY HAPPY. I'm still carrying those 10 pounds :-(
