1. Stay up late on Thursday not enjoying the Bob Dylan concert
2. blow off your Friday workout because you are tired from the Bob Dylan concert
3. eat crap food all day on Friday
4. stay up late fretting over the previous 3 items
5. eat breakfast at 05:00
6. volunteer at Meech Lake Tri
7. do not eat or drink anything while volunteering at the Meech Lake Tri
8. struggle thru one reverse loop as it starts to rain

Go home, make green smoothie, walk dog, take LONG nap.
